Dissolve Parliament: For the Good of Australia

Australia's under 16 social media ban is an undemocratic disgrace

Dissolve Parliament: For the Good of Australia

Today the Australian government released their $14m advertising video promoting the social media ban for under 16s, titled ‘For The Good Of’.

This single video manages to capture everything wrong with the country right now.

Rather than leaving it to parents to govern their own children how they see fit, the government wants to govern your children themselves instead.

This, from a government that cannot manage an economy, cannot manage immigration, cannot manage to not cause the worst social division we have ever seen, cannot manage to avoid pissing your hard earned money up against the wall on useless schemes, and cannot manage to house their own citizens above a bunch of foreigners with no allegiance to the flag.

It is every parent’s prerogative to ban social media for their children, themselves, if that is the decision which they think is the best for their family.

It is not the government’s responsibility to tell you how to raise your own children.

And anyone who says otherwise is a complete cuck of an individual.

Every person who has told me they support this ban looks the exact same to me: fat, lazy, inept, and ideologically corrupt.

In other words, a complete non-player character.

They do not believe in anything.

These are the same people who told you the covid vaccine was safe despite it killing people at the time.

Just a few years ago the government placed you under duress and forced you to take this vaccine else you would be banished from society - you would lose your job, be shunned by friends and family, and not be allowed entry anywhere.

And people died because of it.

Let us never forget the tyranny the government is capable of.

Because that is who these people in government are. I do not care whether it is left or right - they are all the same clown character dressed up in a suit saying the same self-serving BS.

They care about one thing and one thing only:

Gaining and retaining power.

Whenever the government tells you something is for your own safety, what they really mean is:

‘It’s for the safety of those in power’.

These people are immoral.

They project their own personal desire for power onto everyone else under the guise of moral superiority, with the threat of punishment for non-compliance.

That is not moral, it is evil.

Banning social media for under 16’s is a gateway drug to the entire population of Australia having their every move - their every message, every keystroke, every transaction - watched online and linked to their Digital ID.

Because there is no practical way to ensure under 16’s cannot access social media without also surveilling everyone over 16.

And that is real purpose of this social media ban:

To control you.

To control your thoughts.

To control your actions.

To control your criticism of a government that has every right to be criticised.

If the social media ban goes ahead - which looks certain - a Digital ID will follow, and shortly thereafter a Central Bank Digital Currency will also be implemented.

And once these two pieces are in place, it becomes a totalitarian government’s wet dream.

‘Oh, you reposted that nasty meme online?’

Straight to jail, like this guy in the UK.

‘Oh, you criticised Albo for importing more immigrants than we ever have in the history of this country, during the worst housing crisis we have ever had?’

Straight to jail.

‘Oh, your carbon emissions exceeded what we set for you this week?’

No more driving this week. Or straight to jail.

‘Oh, I see you have a lot of cash in your bank account. We’re going to apply a negative interest rate on that to force you to spend it, because we are dumbass Keynesian economists who believe this is a good idea’.

Spend it, or straight to jail.

This is what is going to happen if the natural, slippery slope of consequences follows.

How can one call themselves a democratic nation, yet ban under 16s from the greatest educational resource on the internet - YouTube.

How can one call themselves the land of a ‘fair go’, if the person deciding what a ‘fair go’ means online is an American citizen unelected by the Australian people - the E-Safety Commissioner.

How can one call themselves a serious contender on the world stage of innovation if the next great generation of entrepreneurs and thinkers is stunted until the age of 16 from accessing the full intelligence of the internet?

How can one call themselves Australian and support this?

Dissolve parliament.

For the Good of Australia.
